Below is the newly proposed Objective that will now cover Land Use & Location and we would ask for your comments on this. We have included a feedback section to allow you to reply and update us on your thoughts:

Objective:

To ensure that sites that are needed for development are selected to best meet the range of local needs identified in the Plan, and designed in keeping with the local character of that area.

Development Boundaries: Adaptations and Exceptional sites.
Green spaces - protection: AONB, Conservation Area.
Retail and commercial areas
Manufacturing / Employment sites
New Development sites.
Town center access & parking provision.
Tourism. Destinations and access
